Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversights receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, signage, and promotions per guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing procedures, cash, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing operations and staff when needed.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Executes market plan and maintains Inventory Integrity processes.
