Job summary

You’ll manage displays, signage, and promotions according to corporate guidelines, plus staff onboarding and training. A high school diploma and 2+ years in management are required, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• College experience preferred for advancement.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Sets up and maintains displays, ensuring accurate signage and promotions follow corporate resets.
• Manages opening/closing duties including cash handling, locks, and alarms for daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Drives sales and manages expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
