Five Below is hiring for a store leadership role in which you will oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure customer satisfaction. The position emphasizes merchandising, promotions, and compliance with company guidelines.

The role requires a minimum of two years in management, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. It offers an hourly starting rate and opportunities for growth within Five Below.

Competenze

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are highlighted.
• Manages opening/closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Helps oversee daily activities of store associates and their performance.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Executes market plan with product placement and signage per corporate guidelines.
• Ensures execution of Inventory Integrity process.
