Job summary

Five Below in Portsmouth, NH is seeking an experienced Manager on Duty to lead daily store operations, guest service, and merchandising with a focus on delivering an engaging, low-price shopping experience.

You will oversee opening/closing, cash handling, staff supervision, and training while ensuring displays and promotions follow corporate guidelines. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for efficient floor placement.
• Manages setup and maintenance of seasonal displays and promotional signage per corporate guidelines.
• Periodic opening/closing duties including cash handling, securing store, and alarm checks.
• Act as Manager on Duty, supervising operations, staff, and customer service.
• Help oversee daily associate activities and onboarding/training to improve performance.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service excellence.
• Execute market plans and ensure inventory integrity across displays and promotions.
