Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick, efficient display.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, signage, and promotions per guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing duties including cash, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, guiding staff and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and training.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and service.
• Executes market plan with signage and compliant promotional displays.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity process is followed.
