• Delivers opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security checks.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing operations, staff, and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service quality.
• Executes company plans for product placement and promotional materials.
