Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, ensuring signage and promotions follow corporate guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing responsibilities, including cash security and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing operations, staff, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and provides guidance and training to improve performance.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes market plans and ensures inventory integrity and proper display of promotional materials.
