Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager on Duty in Millcreek Township, PA to lead daily operations, oversee receiving and merchandising, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will manage opening/closing, cash handling, and staff performance while driving sales and maintaining promotions per corporate guidelines.

The role requires at least a High School diploma (college experience preferred) and 2 years of management experience, with strong communication and multitasking abilities to thrive

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock.
• Manages store displays and signage per guidelines.
• Oversees opening/closing, cash handling, and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and leads staff.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising.
• Executes market plan and maintains inventory integrity.
