Five Below in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee receiving, displays, open/close procedures, scheduling, and staff development while upholding company standards and compliance.

A minimum of 2 years in management, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task are essential. This hourly role requires flexibility, weekend availability, and a focus on safety and loss prevention.

Responsabilités

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays and signage per corporate guidelines.
• Oversees opening/closing procedures, including cash handling, doors, and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, assuming responsibility for store operations and staff performance.
• Helps supervise daily activities of store associates and deliver excellent customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by improving merchandising and customer service.
• Executes the market plan with proper product placement, signage, and inventory integrity.
