Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store manager in Gaithersburg, MD to lead daily operations, oversee stock, displays, and promotions, and manage staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Set up and maintain displays, ensure accurate signage and promotions per corporate guidelines.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms for smooth daily operation.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations, staff, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance and service quality.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Execute market plan with product and signage aligned to corporate guidelines and promotions.
• Ensure execution of Inventory Integrity processes.
