Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast placement on sales floor.
• Sets up and maintains displays, ensures accurate signage and promotions.
• Manages opening/closing the store, cash handling, door security, and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and supports training.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
