Job summary

Five Below in Forsyth, IL is seeking an experienced store leader to oversee daily operations, merchandising, and staff performance. You will ensure displays are inviting, stock is organized, and corporate standards are followed to maximize our in-store experience.

This hourly role involves opening/closing duties, coaching associates, delivering outstanding customer service, and actively driving sales while controlling costs and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
• Set up and maintain store displays per guidelines and promotions.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms.
• Act as Manager on Duty and lead store operations.
• Coach and supervise store associates and ensure customer service.
• Drive sales and manage expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Execute market plan with signage and promotions and maintain Inventory Integrity.
