Job summary

Five Below in the United States is seeking a store manager to lead daily operations, oversee onboarding of associates, and drive sales. This hourly role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, and adherence to corporate guidelines.

You will open/close the store, manage displays, and ensure promotions are correctly highlighted while maintaining inventory integrity. A strong communicator with at least two years of management is ideal.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock."
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays following corporate guidelines.
• Manages opening or closing of the store including cash handling and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed with responsibility for operations and staff.
• Help oversee daily activities of store associates and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates."
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes market plan with signage and inventory integrity per corporate guidelines.
