Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, oversee stock reception and merchandising, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role covers opening/closing duties, cash handling, and staff leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will manage displays, promotions, and inventory integrity while driving sales and maintaining service standards across shifts. 18+ and retail management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively under pressure.
• Must be at least 18 and able to perform essential duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock on the sales floor.
• Manages displays and signage, follows corporate resets and promotions.
• Controls opening/closing procedures, cash handling, alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty for store operations and staff.
• Oversees daily activities of associates and training.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Executes market plan and maintains Inventory Integrity.
