Responsabilités

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock on the sales floor.
• Sets up and maintains store displays with accurate signage and promotions.
• Manages opening/closing duties, cash handling, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty for store operations and staff management.
• Oversees daily activities of associates and ensures customer service excellence.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
• Executes market plan with signage and inventory integrity per guidelines.
