Job summary

Five Below is seeking an experienced retail leader to oversee daily store operations, cash handling, customer service, and merchandising execution. You will manage onboarding and training for associates while ensuring promotional displays are accurate and aligned with corporate guidelines.

Two years of management experience and strong communication skills are required. The role requires flexible scheduling, including day, evening, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick floor placement.
• Sets up displays and signage following corporate guidelines for resets and seasonal updates.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to follow store policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
