Aufgaben

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for rapid stocking on sales floor.
• Sets up and maintains displays, ensures signage accuracy and promo highlights per corporate guidelines.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash handling, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, supervising store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures high performance and service levels.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Executes market plan with product placement and signage per corporate guidelines.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
