Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Stores Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee receiving, displays, opening/closing duties, and staff management to ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include training associates, driving sales, and executing company-wide merchandising plans while maintaining inventory integrity. This role requires flexibility including day/evening/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays for store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are highlighted per resets and seasonal updates.
• Manages opening/closing stores, including cash security, doors, alarms, and daily operations readiness.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates, ensuring performance and customer service quality.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Executes market plans by arranging products and signage per corporate guidelines and updating promotions.
• Ensures execution of Inventory Integrity process.
