Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Oversee planogram sets and visual standards across the store.
• Ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready environment.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and lead workload planning with store leadership.
• Manage inventory control, in-stock levels, replenishment, and stock movement.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and compliance.
