• Oversee Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visuals.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product placement.
• Manage inventory control, shrink reduction, and stock movement.
• Train and coach team members across departments.
