• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and planogram execution to standards.
• Lead truck processing, inventory routines, pricing and promotions.
• Maintain visual standards and a customer-ready store environment.
• Manage workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Support SOPs, store policies, and asset protection practices.
• Provide MOD coverage and ensure operational continuity.
