Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage store operations and maintain standards.
• Experience training and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure policy compliance and store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage to maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and merchandising flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee planogram (POG) execution and visual standards.
• Maintain clean, organized backrooms and sales floor readiness.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock movement, and shrink reduction.
• Coordinate ad sets, pricing changes, and promotional signage.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processing.
