Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Reading, PA seeks a Merchandise Manager to lead merchandising and store operations, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram execution, pricing accuracy, and promotional rollout to ensure a customer-ready store.

You will oversee SOP adherence, ship-from-store fulfillment, RTV/ASN processes, and asset protection while coaching team members and coordinating with store leadership to optimize in-stock levels and visual standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Oversee pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Direct truck execution, inventory accuracy, and replenishment to ensure sales readiness.
• Manage in-stock levels, planogram compliance, and backroom organization.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN processes with proper documentation.
