Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience executing SOPs and company programs.
• Strong inventory control and in-stock optimization.
• Proficient in planogram and visual merchandising standards.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure accurate pricing, promotional execution, and store standards.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service levels.
• Lead truck processing and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Plan workload and staffing aligned to business needs.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain backroom organization and sales floor recovery.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock movement, and shrink reduction.
• Execute price changes and promotional signage; support Ship from Store.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation.
• Train and develop team members; uphold Asset Protection practices.
