Job summary

Five Below in Morrisville, NC is seeking a store leadership role responsible for overseeing receiving, displays, and daily operations while delivering excellent customer service. You will lead store associates, onboard new staff, and act as Manager on Duty as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Manages display setup and signage, ensuring promotions align with corporate guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing procedures including cash security and alarms for smooth daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations and staff management.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Executes market plan with product placement and signage per corporate guidelines and maintains Inventory Integrity.
