Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution across store floors. You will manage truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready environment.

Responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, enabling floor leadership, and coordinating stock replenishment, promotions, and in-store displays while coaching team members and maintaining strong asset

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds.
• Strong workload planning and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to enforce SOPs and company standards.
• Lead truck execution and in-store merchandise flow.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual standards.
• Manage inventory accuracy and stock replenishment.
• Execute ad sets and promotional pricing.
• Coordinate Ship from Store and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and coaching.
