• Lead truck processing, inventory routines, and planogram sets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain operational continuity.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN processes.
• Coach and develop team members across departments.
