Job summary

Michaels in the United States seeks a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and store operations across truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets and visual standards.

You will partner with store leadership to plan staffing, execute SOPs, manage in-stock levels, pricing accuracy and promotional execution, while coaching team members for performance and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee truck execution, stock flow, in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy and sales readiness.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN receiving, and inventory adjustments.
• Train, coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
