Job summary

You will develop and coach the team, oversee SOP adherence, and optimize staffing and in-stock levels through proactive workload planning and store leadership collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to drive merchandising execution and inventory control.
• Experience implementing SOPs and company programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing and planogram sets.
• Ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store environment.
• Lead and coach team while enforcing SOPs and company policies.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store leadership continuity.
• Oversee inventory control, in-stock levels, and stock movement.
• Coordinate planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
