Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance and store standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory control, stock accuracy, and replenishment to support sales.
• Train, coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Partner in maintaining asset protection practices and shrink reduction.
