Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our Virginia location. You will lead store associates, manage receiving, displays, signage, and opening/closing procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will train staff, boost sales through merchandising, and ensure Inventory Integrity per corporate guidelines while upholding Five Below values and a friendly, fast-paced atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking and organizing stock on the floor.
• Manages displays, signage and seasonal updates per guidelines.
• Owns store opening/closing duties including cash handling and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, guiding staff and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales through merchandising and customer service optimization.
• Executes market plan and maintains Inventory Integrity.
