Job summary

You will lead workload planning, oversee in-stock optimization, and manage store-wide standards while coordinating with store leadership to align staffing with business needs

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead SOP adherence and store standards.
• Strong merchandising and inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and ensure efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Oversee planogram execution and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Manage pricing accuracy, promotions, and backroom organization.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and sustain floor leadership.
• Train and develop team members and maintain SOP compliance.
