Job summary

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for sales floor.
• Manages displays, signage, and promotions per guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing duties, cash, alarms, daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, supervising staff and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses via merchandising and service.
• Executes market plan with product placement and promotional materials.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
