Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing duties, cash handling, and staff leadership. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, maintaining merchandising standards, and executing corporate promotions.

As Manager on Duty when needed, you’ll supervise associates, drive sales, and manage inventories while ensuring compliance with policies and safety protocols. Prior management experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are highlighted
• Manages the opening or closing of the store, securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring daily operation readiness
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking responsibility for store operations, staff, customer service, and urgent issues
• Helps oversee daily activities of all store associates and onboarding/training
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising, staff performance, and customer service
• Executes the market plan by arranging products and signage per corporate guidelines and updating promotions
• Ensures execution of Inventory Integrity process
