Five Below, Inc. in Dayton, OH is seeking a Merchandise Manager to oversee stock receiving, displays, and daily store operations. You will manage opening/closing, support staff, and ensure excellent customer service while driving sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for store sections per guidelines.
• Runs opening/closing procedures including cash, doors, alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, supervising operations, staff, and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses via merchandising, staff performance, and service.
• Executes market plans and inventory integrity procedures.
