Job summary

The Michaels Companies North Conway, NH is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and store operations, including planogram execution, pricing accuracy, and in-stock readiness. You will lead and develop team members, partner with store leadership, and ensure a customer-ready environment.

You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, ship-from-store fulfillment, and visual standards, while managing SOP adherence and promotional execution daily.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to manage SOPs and policies.
• Strong inventory and merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOP adherence and company programs.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting and flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, stock movement and pricing integrity.
• Oversee ship-from-store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train, coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing development.
