Job summary

The Michaels Stores location in Hanover, MA seeks a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to manage SOPs, store policies and merchandising standards.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards with accountability for store conditions and results.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute SISO routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain customer-ready store environment including backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, product accuracy and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant and customer-focused signage and product placement.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time; oversee Ship from Store and RTVs/ASN.
