Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager for SEABROOK, NH store to drive merchandising, pricing, and inventory accuracy.

You will lead in-store execution, planograms, and visual standards while ensuring a customer-ready environment through strong planning and team oversight. This role requires 3+ years of retail leadership and hands-on experience with SOPs, promotions, and stock coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Experience with inventory management, pricing, and in-store merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies, standards, and store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram execution and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, stock movement, and signage accuracy.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
