Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager for Seabrook, NH to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store through strong workload planning and inventory management.

Responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, MOD coverage, planogram and pricing integrity, Ship from Store, RTV/ASN handling, and staff coaching to maintain

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience adhering to SOPs and company programs.
• Experience with truck processing, planogram sets, and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee merchandising execution and store operations.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain store conditions and service standards.
• Oversee truck execution, sorting, and flow of merchandise to sales floor.
• Plan workload and prioritize daily tasks with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual presentation to standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, shrink reduction, and POS operations.
• Coordinate ad sets, price changes, and Ship from Store fulfillment.
