Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Oversee planogram sets, visual standards, and pricing accuracy.
• Ensure timely promotional execution and a customer-ready store environment.
• Lead workload planning, scheduling, and staff development.
• Maintain stock control, in-stock levels, and efficient floor flow.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and uphold SOPs and policies.
