Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Merchandising Manager for our Epping, NH store to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.

You will ensure pricing accuracy, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready environment through workload planning and strong inventory management, partnering with store leadership to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOP adherence and policy execution.
• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization.
• Oversee Planogram and in-store visual standards.
• Manage Ship from Store, RTVs and inventory adjustments.
