Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution, creating a customer-ready store environment.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution processes and ensure efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership to align staffing and execution.
• Oversee Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, product accuracy, integrity, and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets, pricing changes, and Ship from Store fulfillment, including RTVs and ASN processing.
• Manage shrink reduction through asset protection practices.
