Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations in our Chicago-area location. You will manage receiving, merchandising, opening/closing duties, and act as Manager on Duty when needed, ensuring top customer service and smooth operations.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma (college experience preferred), strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task under pressure. Flexible scheduling is required, including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking and organizing stock for fast shelf placement.
• Sets up and maintains shelves and promotions per guidelines.
• Opens or closes the store, handles cash, alarms and security.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, oversees operations and staff.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales by merchandising optimization and customer service.
• Implements market plan and inventory integrity processes.

Education

High School Graduate or equivalent
