Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are highlighted.
• Manages opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring daily readiness.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking responsibility for store operations, staff, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to learn store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Executes the market plan with product arrangements and signage per guidelines; ensures promotions are updated and inventory integrity is maintained.
