Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, signage, and promotions per corporate guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing procedures including cash security, doors, and alarms for daily operation.
• Acts as Manager on Duty as needed, overseeing store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures effective performance.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Executes market plan by arranging products/signage per guidelines and maintains inventory integrity.
