• Responsible for opening/closing the store, cash security, and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty handling operations, staff, and customer issues.
• Helps supervise daily activities of store associates.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staffing.
• Executes market plan and maintains inventory integrity.
