Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs.
• Offer guidance on self-serve technology and assist with purchasing decisions.
• Locate merchandise, resolve issues, and promote products and services.
• Supervise associates in assigned area, assign duties, train, and coach staff.
• Ensure safety, arrange displays, stock shelves, and maintain cleanliness.
