Job summary

Five Below, founded in 2002 and headquartered in Philadelphia, seeks a Merchandise Manager to lead the Freight team and store associates as the Manager on Duty. The MM drives merchandising standards, customer wow moments, inventory integrity, asset protection, cleanliness, and sales growth.

You will lead by example, deliver results during your shift, and help set the tone for the store as part of the management team, embodying the Five Below Way and its SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Merchandise Movement Process is flawlessly executed.
• Responsible for merchandising, signing, and resets in Now, Style, Room, Tech, and Party.
• Opening and closing store procedures.
• Perform SM duties in absence.
• Assist in supervising, training, coaching and developing Associates.
• Staff scheduling and communication with corporate.
• Drive store sales and control expenses; use financial reporting to identify opportunities.
• Assist payroll and maintain budget alignment.
