You will partner with the General Manager/Assistant General Manager to execute the store strategy, coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates, and deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail management experience is required.
• Strong communication with customers and team to meet goals.
• Comfort using retail technology and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
