Job summary

Gap Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Hanover to lead the store team, drive sales, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates, manage operations and merchandising, and collaborate with the GM to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• As a current or former retail employee with 1-3 years of retail management experience, you will lead and develop teams.
• You will recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Strong communication, adaptability and a results-driven mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitable results through customer- and product-focused operations.
• Lead a high performing team by coaching, training and mentoring Leads and Brand Associates.
• Ensure execution of store strategies, standards and compliance.
